Official Google blog post on Google Earth - Visit the moon

Google Earth has launched a new feature to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the first visit to the moon.

Now wannabe astronauts can explore the moon as well as view lunar images, the Apollo landing sites and panoramic images shot by astronauts from the comfort of their own home or office.

What’s next a tour of the Pacific Ocean?
